Delivery:

All pieces are individually handmade to order so please allow 4 weeks from the time of your order to receipt of goods. If you would like an item sooner than 4 weeks, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

All items will be sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery.

Returns:

If you are not happy with an item please return it to us within 7 days of receipt of goods. We are happy to offer an exchange or refund but you may find it helpful to contact us and discuss any concerns; we may be able to design something to better suit your needs.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received and should be returned by recorded delivery. The cost of returning the goods will not be refunded.

- All earrings are non returnable for hygiene reasons.
- The cost of postage and packaging (£4.95) will not be refunded.

Handmade items:

All items seen on this site are handmade to order. Whilst we endeavour to match items exactly, designs may differ slightly in colour and there may be a natural variation in bead shape and size. A slight variation in shape should also be expected due to the wiring techniques used. Variation is an integral feature in handmade items and ensures the uniqueness of each piece.
